Do I need to book in for pointe shoe fittings?

YES! This is highly recommended to ensure that you come on a day an expertise fitter is working and to allow enough time for you to be fitted correctly. Please call or email us in advance to make a booking and state your preferred date or time and we will try our best to work in with your schedule.

 

How does your loyalty program work?

Customers who become members will receive a loyalty card that they can use online and in store to gain points. Please note that you need to sign up in store to receive a physical card or you can email us at info@stageandstreetdance.com and we will post it out to you.
For every $100 spent you receive 1 point on your loyalty card. For every 100 points earned you will receive $1 free dollar to spend on anything you please either online or in store…. And the BEST part is, your points never expire!

 

Stage and Street Dance Boutique also offers a teacher and studio loyalty program and competition.
This works by students and parents quoting their studio or teachers name when they come in to make a purchase. Their purchase then gets added to the studio account where the studio can earn money using the same benefits system outlined above. At the end of the year (around the 1st December) the studio/ teacher that has the most transactions on their account will receive a gift to do with however they please.

What is your return policy?

Stage and Street Dance Boutique does not offer a refund for change of mind purchase.

However, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase and you can produce the original purchase receipt.

Stage and Street Dance Boutique does not exchange jewellery, hair accessories, swimwear or undergarments of any kind, if you have changed your mind for hygiene purposes.

Items that are proven to be faulty will be replaced with an identical product.If the item is no longer available an offer of an exchange or refund will be offered.

 

How do I return my order?

If you purchased your order online and you are eligible to return it for either a refund or exchange please email us at info@stageandstreetdance.com with a copy of your receipt and we will forward you a return authorization form. Once this is filled out and received by management, you can post your package back to us at 3a/9 Durgadin Drive, Albion Park NSW 2527. Please note that all postage and other associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable.

Alternatively, you can return your item to the store.

 

Can you tell me if you have an item is in stock?

We endeavor to keep this information up to date however sometimes the delay can be up to 24-48 hours, so if you are looking for fast and accurate accounts of our stock please phone us directly on 4233 0892. 

 

How long does postage take?

Your order will be dispatched no later then 24 business working hours after payment is received. You will then be emailed your tracking details where you can follow your parcels journey yourself. We estimate this to take no longer then 2-3 business days but please allow up to a week for outer city areas and busy times. Please also note that in busy times periods such as concert rush and back to school that items go out of stock quickly and if it is out of stock you need to allow extra time for us to receive the item from our suppliers. Dispatch times may also vary slightly however we strive to achieve the fastest turn around time possible.

 

How much is postage?

Delivery is FREE within Australia on orders over $200. Orders under $200 will receive a flat postage rate of $12 within Australia.
